Kernet began in 2019 as a software development house. Our initial mission was to develop an advanced online recruitment platform that streamlines the traditional hiring process and consolidates all activities into a single, unified system.

Despite developing the platform, we recognized a significant rollout challenge. Convinced by our deep IT expertise, we pivoted to establish a specialized IT recruitment agency—leveraging our core knowledge to deliver immediate, high-value services to the market we know best.
